Components
Components help you group issues in a queue based on a shared theme, such as their product, pipeline, responsible party, etc. You can create multiple components in a queue.
For example, using components, you can classify requests to technical support.
Creating a component
To create a new queue component:

Open the queue page.

In the top-right corner of the page, select
Queue actions → Components. -
Click Create component.

Enter the component Name.

Select a responsible person if needed and fill out the component description.

Select Assign to issues by default if you want new issues with this component to be automatically assigned to the component owner.

Click Create.
Editing a component
To change an existing component of the queue:

Open the queue page.

In the top-right corner of the page, select
Queue actions → Components. -
Hover the cursor over the component.

Select
→ Edit. -
Make your changes and click Save.
Subscribing to a component
If you want to get notified about changes in issues linked to a specific component, you can subscribe to such a component:

Open the queue page.

In the top-right corner of the page, select
Queue actions → Components. -
Hover the cursor over the component.

Select
→ Subscribe to issues with this component.
If you did everything right, you'll see the following icon next to the component name:
Viewing component issues
You can view a list of issues linked to a specific component:

Open the queue page.
-
In the top-right corner of the page, select
Queue actions → Components. -
Click the component name.
Deleting a component
To delete a queue component:

Open the queue page.
-
In the top-right corner of the page, select
Queue actions → Components. -
Hover the cursor over the component.

Select
→ Delete. -
Confirm the deletion.
