Authentication with the SpeechKit Hybrid API

When using SpeechKit Hybrid, authentication is not required for operations via the API.
However, when using the Cloud Billing licensing model, you need an API key to authenticate in the cloud.
The SpeechKit Hybrid API and the Yandex SpeechKit API are the same.
