Partner program

The partner program is a program where a partner company resells Yandex Cloud services and earns a partner bonus.

Partners pay for the services consumed by their customers. Under the partner program, Yandex Cloud invoices a partner for the total consumption of services by all its customers. Partners can settle payment invoices in advance (advance payment) or based on the results of consumption (postpayment). They can also use a billing threshold.

Program participants:

• Partner: Business which provides services using Yandex Cloud technologies.
• Customer: Business that purchases Yandex Cloud services from a partner (partner's subaccount).

To participate in the partner program:

1. Get a partner status.
2. Acquire customers to register deals. You can also involve Yandex Cloud experts to get assistance, if required, by submitting a presale request.
3. Get commissions.

Bonus for participating in the programBonus for participating in the program

A partner bonus is a discount on Yandex Cloud services applied to the payment invoice issued to the Yandex Cloud partner's billing account at the end of month. The basic bonus is 20%. The service report, payment invoice, and regular invoice issued to the partner show the total amount for all services consumed by all partner's customers, including the discount.

You can also get the following:

• With deal registration: Up to 15% on top of your partner bonus for as long as the customer remains linked to you.

The discount does not apply to:

• Partner's own consumption of services in the partner account.

• Consumption of the following services:

  • Yandex Cloud Marketplace
  • Yandex StoreDoc
  • Yandex Cloud Interconnect

• Grants credited to subaccounts.

To quit the program, send a notice to support at least 30 calendar days ahead of the date.

Yandex Cloud reserves the right to unilaterally revoke partner status as a result of the non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the partner agreement.
