To access the Marketplace partner account, you need to have a user account. This can be a Yandex ID or a Yandex 360 account. Your user account must have a billing account of a legal entity residing in Russia or Kazakhstan. Cloud Marketplace is not available to individuals and non-residents of Russia or Kazakhstan.

Note

If you use an existing billing account to pay for Yandex Cloud service usage, we recommend that you create a new billing account for the same user.

If you already have a user account, create a billing account:

  1. Go to Yandex Cloud Billing.

  2. Log in to your Yandex ID or Yandex 360 account. If you do not have an account yet, sign up and create an organization to work in Yandex Identity Hub. If using your social network profile to log in to Yandex, create a username and password.

  3. To create your first billing account, open the Account tab and click Create an account.

    Note

To create another billing account in addition to those you already have, click at the top of the screen next to the name of your existing billing account.

    In the window that opens:

    1. In the Template name field, enter a name for the billing account. The name will be displayed in the list of your billing accounts and will help you select the right one.

    2. In the Organization field, select the organization to create a billing account for.

    3. In the Country field, select the country the payer is a resident of.

Within a single user account, all payers must pay in the same currency.

    4. In the Account type field, select Business or individual entrepreneur.

    5. In the Payment type field, select Bank card or Bank transfer.

You can change your payment method at any time after you create your billing account.

    6. Click Next.

    7. On the Company information page, enter the INN (Individual Taxpayer Number) of the organization or individual entrepreneur.

The system will automatically retrieve the relevant organization or individual entrepreneur info from the Russian Unified State Register of Legal Entities/Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRUL/EGRIP) and display it in the pop-up company card window. Click the card to load this information into the billing account creation form.

Make sure the loaded organization/individual entrepreneur details are current and accurate. Edit the information as needed and click Next.

      Warning

The billing account must include current bank details. You'll need them to create an Offer.
Yandex Cloud doesn't debit money from a card or presents invoices for consumption of your software product by Marketplace users (except for products for DataLens).

    8. Optionally, if you selected to pay with a credit or debit card, open the Payment details page and add your corporate card to the new billing account:

      • Click Add card.
      • Specify your card details: 16-digit number, expiration date, and CVV (you can find it on the back side of your card).
      • Click Link.
      • Confirm that the card is a corporate one and you are authorized to use it.

If the user account already has bank cards linked to it, you can select one of them without adding a new one.

We accept Mir, Visa, and MasterCard.

      • Residents of Russia make payments in RUB and can only use bank cards issued by Russian banks. Customers with tax residency in the Republic of Belarus pay for Yandex Cloud services in RUB with their Belcard cards issued in the Republic of Belarus or Mir cards issued in the Russian Federation.
      • Residents of Kazakhstan make payments in KZT and can only use bank cards issued by non-Russian banks.
      • Non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan make payments in USD and can only use credit or debit cards issued by non-Russian banks.

To make sure your bank card is valid, we will hold a small amount on your account. This amount will not be charged and will become available once the verification is complete. The amount of time required to release the funds held depends on your bank.

Once you have added your card, click Next.

    9. On the Contacts page, provide your current email address and phone number. These contact details are not just for communication with you but also for payment invoices and reporting documents. If your contact details are already filled in, check if they are up to date.

    10. Click Create.

If you select the Wire transfer payment method, further instructions will be emailed to you at the address specified in your user account. Once your documents have been verified, you can activate your billing account and start using Yandex Cloud.
