Creating an image from a Compute Cloud VM

To create a Cloud Desktop custom image from a Compute Cloud VM:

1. If you do not have a VM, create one.

2. Contact support to connect your VM to Cloud Desktop.

3. Create an image from the VM's disk.

4. Add the image to Cloud Desktop:

   Management console

   1. In the management console, select the folder where you want to create an image.
   2. In the list of services, select Cloud Desktop.
   3. In the left-hand panel, select Images.
   4. Click Add image.
   5. In the Image source field, select Compute Cloud.
   6. In the Image in Compute Cloud field, select the previously created image.
   7. Enter the image name.
   8. Click Add.
