RunaWFE Professional is a system for managing workflows and administrative procedures. It is easy to install and learn and doesn’t require any special programming skills.
The image includes:
- Workflow runtime environment (workflow engine).
- Workflow development environment (Graphic Design Tool/Developer Studio) that enables you to use bots, handlers, and a form builder to work with data (input/display/output) in tasks.
- Task notification client.
RunaWFE is easy to install and learn and doesn’t require any special programming skills. It is a useful tool for analysts who create workflows and update them in real time, and end users will also benefit as it facilitates routine tasks and interactions with other workflow members.

Get an SSH key pair to connect to a virtual machine (VM).

Create a VM from a public image. Under Image/boot disk selection, go to the Cloud Marketplace tab and select RunaWFE Professional 4.5.0. Under Access:
- Enter the username in the Login field.
- Paste the contents of the public SSH key file in the SSH key field.

Connect to the VM over SSH. Use the username you provided when creating the VM, as well as the generated private SSH key.

In the terminal, enter the command:
sudo cat /root/default_password.txtSave the username and password.

In the browser search bar, type
https://<VM_public_IP>/wfe. -
In the window that opens, enter the username and password you obtained earlier.
