How to cancel pending cloud deletion
Case description
- The billing account owner received an email stating:
Your cloud b1g***************** will be deleted on **/**/20**. - The cloud is
PENDING_DELETION.
Solution
You can manually cancel the deletion while the cloud is PENDING_DELETION.
Alert
While the cloud is PENDING_DELETION, your disks, reserved IP addresses, and other data remain in storage. The storage cost is calculated at the previous rate. Track how much the resources cost you in Yandex Cloud Billing
To cancel the deletion of a cloud, you need the resource-manager.clouds.owner role for the cloud. If you cannot perform this operation, contact the cloud owner.
- Open the management console
. - Select the cloud from the list and click
in the top right-hand corner of the page. In the menu that opens, select Cancel deletion.
The pending cloud deletion will be canceled.
Currently, you cannot cancel cloud deletion using the API.
