You need to add an existing Yandex ID user (with an email address in the @yandex.ru domain) to DataLens.

SolutionSolution

If your DataLens instance is linked to an organization, go to its page and add the user. If DataLens is linked to a cloud, add the user within the cloud.

Make sure to assign the relevant roles to the user, for example, datalens.instances.user or datalens.instances.admin.
