1. Create a new organization.

2. Add to the target organization users with the roles assigned for the cloud to transfer, folders, or resources in the source organization.

   Make sure at least one user has the organization-manager.admin or organization-manager.organizations.owner role.

3. Transfer the cloud to the new organization.
