• Introduced package pricing for various SMS categories across the MTS, MegaFon, and T2 mobile networks. For more information, see Pricing policy.
• Cloud Notification Service has entered the General Availability stage. This service is subject to a service level agreement (SLA).

Added the ability to create SMS templates for channels with an individual sender. Templates define the SMS notification type: transactional, authorization, or service. If the message text does not match any of the templates, such message is classified as an ad. Sending costs vary by notification type. In Cloud Notification Service, you can create an SMS template and register it with telecom providers.

Implemented topics to centrally send notifications to multiple endpoints.

In Cloud Notification Service, the topics format is compatible with the Amazon SNS API.

For examples of commands for topics, refer to the management console and step-by-step guide sections.

• Added the option to send push notifications to browsers and progressive web applications (PWAs). Browser integration is available in the management console, CLI, API, and SDK.
