Updates Stream sni match of the application load balancer's listener.
Command Usage
Syntax:
yc application-load-balancer load-balancer update-stream-sni <LOAD-BALANCER-NAME>|<LOAD-BALANCER-ID> [Flags...] [Global Flags...]
