Ubuntu 22.04 LTS vGPU v13

A popular open-source Linux distribution. Ubuntu is used by services such as Wikipedia, Uber, and many others. Ubuntu scales easily and supports a variety of software.

The Ubuntu 22.04 LTS vGPU image has the NVIDIA driver pre-installed to connect virtual graphics accelerators (vGPUs). Virtual graphics accelerators are suitable for games, 3D modeling, and CAD systems.

The image contains NVIDIA vGPU software 13 (Driver 470.103.01 GRID) and CUDA 11.4.2.

Deployment instructions
  1. Get an SSH key pair to connect to a virtual machine (VM).

  2. Create a VM from a public image. Under Image/boot disk selection, go to the Cloud Marketplace tab and select Ubuntu 22.04 LTS vGPU v13. Under Access:

    • Enter the username in the Login field.
    • Paste the contents of the public SSH key file in the SSH key field.

    Save the VM public IP address.

  3. Connect to the VM over SSH. To do this, use the username you set when creating the VM and the private SSH key you created earlier.
