How to get a reconciliation report
Scenario description
You need to obtain a reconciliation report for one or more closed reporting periods.
Solution
Select your billing account type on the tab below:
You can generate and download a reconciliation report for one or more closed reporting periods by going to the Reporting documents section on the billing account properties page
You can request a reconciliation report for the current month seven business days after the month ends.
To request a reconciliation report:
- In the top-left corner of the management console, click Yandex Cloud Billing

All services and select - On the Billing accounts page, select a billing account.
- Go to Reporting documents.
- Open the Reconciliation reports tab:
- Click Request reconciliation report. In the window that opens, select the period to generate the reconciliation report for and click Request.
- Once the request status changes to Done, the download button will appear in the Actions column. Select Download signed report or Download unsigned report.
Note
If the Reporting documents section or Request reconciliation report button is missing on the billing account management page, it means that your cloud account is missing relevant roles.

If you need a signed original document from "Yandex.Cloud" LLC, please send the reconciliation report in two copies to the following address:
- By Russian Post: 115035, Moscow, Sadovnicheskaya Street, 82, bld. 2. It is not required to specify the recipient's full name.
- By courier: 115035, Moscow, Sadovnicheskaya Street, 82, building 2

Your copy will be signed and sent back to you.
Alert
According to our company's internal document workflow, reconciliation reports must be kept and signed only after they are signed by the counterparty. This decision is dictated by the high level of non-return of documents from counterparties and, considering the volume of the company's document workflow, it is the only way for us to mitigate risks associated with the absence of signed originals.
For individuals, downloading reporting documents is currently not available.
Use the usage details of your billing account to get information about services consumed over one or several reporting periods.
