Creating a trigger in Tracker

Warning
Only queue owners can create, edit, and delete triggers by default.

In the left panel, click
Queues and select a queue. -
In the top-right corner, click
Queue settings. -
On the left-hand panel, select Automation → Triggers and click Create trigger.

Enter a name for the trigger.

Set Trigger conditions.

Add one or more Trigger actions.

Click Create.
