Yandex SpeechSense is a service that will help your business organize contact center analytics.

Yandex SpeechSense is based on Yandex Cloud ML technologies. Yandex SpeechKit recognizes speech, collects dialog statistics and identifies keywords, and YandexGPT API helps you write a resume.

The service is subject to the Service Level Agreement. The service level is defined in the Service Level for Yandex SpeechSense.
