To access the Marketplace partner account
Note
If you use an existing billing account to pay for Yandex Cloud service usage, we recommend that you create a new billing account for the same user.
If you already have a user account, log in to the management console and create a billing account:

Make sure that your current phone number is linked to your user account.

In the management console, go to Yandex Cloud Billing

On the Billing accounts page, click Create a billing account. Fill in your information:
- Select the payer country.
- Specify the name of the billing account to be displayed in the list of billing accounts.

If you see a list of available payers in the Payers section, you can select one of them or add a new one.

To add a new payer, select Payer type:
Business or individual entrepreneur

Select a payment method:
Bank card
orWire transfer
. You can change your payment method any time after creating a billing account. -
Enter the legal information of your organization.
Warning
The billing account must include current bank details. You'll need them to create an Offer.
Yandex Cloud doesn't debit money from a card or presents invoices for consumption of your software product by Marketplace users (except for products for DataLens). -
If you select the
Bank card
payment method, link your corporate bank card:- Click Add card.
- Specify your card details: 16-digit number, expiration date, and CVV (you can find it on the back side of your card).
- Click Link.
- Confirm that the card is a corporate one and you are authorized to use it.
We accept Mir, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Residents of Russia make payments in RUB and can only use bank cards issued by Russian banks. Customers with tax residency in the Republic of Belarus pay for Yandex Cloud services in RUB with their Belcard cards issued in the Republic of Belarus or Mir cards issued in the Russian Federation.
- Residents of Kazakhstan make payments in KZT and can only use bank cards issued by non-Russian banks.
- Non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan make payments in USD and can only use credit or debit cards issued by non-Russian banks.
To make sure your bank card is valid, we will hold a small amount (RUB 11) on your account. This amount will not be charged and will become available once the verification is complete. The amount of time required to release the funds held depends on your bank.

Click Create.
If you select the
Wire transfer
payment method, further instructions will be emailed to you at the address specified in your user account. Once your documents have been verified, you can activate your billing account and start using Yandex Cloud. -
