Adding a user to a community

Note
You can only add users from the organization you're working with in DataSphere.

Open the DataSphere home page. In the left-hand panel, select Communities.

Select the community to add users to.

Go to the Members tab and click Add member.

Select one or more users from the list and click Add.
If the required user is not on the list, click Copy link and send them the copied link in any convenient way.
Once the user accepts the invitation and follows the link, they become a member of the community.
Alert
The link does not expire. We recommend that you sometimes recreate the link so that users who have been removed from the community could not join it again.
