Changing the payment method
The payment method can only be changed for the Business account type billing accounts.
Switching from payment by credit or debit card to wire transfer
To change the payment method:

Draw up a request to have your payment method changed.
Your request should contain:
BusinessesIndividual entrepreneurs- Full company name
- Copy of the minutes or resolution on the appointment of the general director
- Billing account ID
- Scanned copy of the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs
or a scanned copy of your registration with the tax office as an individual entrepreneur - Billing account ID

Email your request to cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru. The request will be reviewed within three business days. Your Yandex Cloud account manager will notify you of the decision.
Note
Once your card is unlinked from your billing account, you will not be able to link a new one. You will only be able to top up your billing account by wiring money in from your bank account (via your bank).
Switching from payment by wire transfer to credit or debit card
To change the payment method, send a request to cloud_docs@support.yandex.ru and specify your billing account ID. The request will be reviewed within three business days. Your Yandex Cloud account manager will notify you of the decision.
