Reports
Yandex Cloud users can request completion reports and a reconciliation report. Reconciliation reports are available only for residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Completion report
A completion report is a primary accounting document confirming the provision of services. It contains aggregate data on the cost of the services actually provided. Detailed information about the services rendered is available on the Usage details page.
For residents of Russia, Yandex.Cloud LLC generates unilateral reports. The civil legislation, just like the Tax Code and the accounting legislation, do not require any acceptance reports under fee-based service agreements. The acceptance of works can be formally acknowledged by a report or other documentary evidence (as per Articles 783 and 720 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Moreover, there are no legal regulations that require making a bilateral report or executing another bilateral document when submitting and accepting works or services.
Yandex.Cloud LLC issues unilateral reports subject to the offer agreement signed with the customer. The reports contain all the details required under civil and accounting legislation in line with the requirements for primary accounting documents.
Creating a completion report
Reports are generated at the end of the reporting period for the amount actually spent from the personal account balance.
Reports are then used as a basis for generating invoices.
Note
If during the reporting period you used only your grant without using any funds from your personal account or billing threshold, a report and invoice are not generated.
The personal account balance at the beginning of the reporting period is 0 rubles.
The grant amount is 1,000 rubles.
The credit limit is not enabled.
At the end of the reporting period, the amount for consumed resources is 800 rubles.
No funds from the personal account have been used. The grant amount at the end of the reporting period is 0 rubles.
Neither a report nor a tax invoice will be generated at the beginning of the next reporting period, since the amount actually spent from the personal account is 0 rubles.
The personal account balance at the beginning of the reporting period is 0 rubles.
The grant amount is 200 rubles.
The credit limit is 1,000 rubles.
At the end of the reporting period, the amount for consumed resources is 1,000 rubles.
The grant amount at the end of the reporting period is 0 rubles. The personal account balance is negative 800 rubles.
At the beginning of the next reporting month, a payment invoice, report, and tax invoice will be generated for the amount actually spent (800 rubles).
The personal account balance at the beginning of the reporting period is 0 rubles.
During the reporting period, the account was topped up by 1,200 rubles.
The grant amount is 200 rubles.
At the end of the reporting period, the amount for consumed resources is 1,000 rubles.
The grant amount at the end of the reporting period is 0 rubles. The personal account balance is positive and amounts to 400 rubles.
At the beginning of the next reporting month, a report and tax invoice will be generated for the amount actually spent (1,000 rubles).
VAT accounting
In the billing account, residents of Russia and Kazakhstan can view the service statistics with or without VAT.
The VAT amount is added to the cost of services in accordance with the tax law. In the payment documents and documents confirming the provision of services, the VAT amount will be shown as a separate line.
No report will be issued to non-residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Reconciliation report
Reconciliation reports are available only for residents of Russia and Kazakhstan. They are generated upon a request you can submit in Yandex Cloud Billing. After your request is processed, the document will become available for download.
